The total thickness of furnace wall is 400mm, including fiber blanket and fiber module. The thickness of fiber module is 350mm using standard type material. The thickness of fiber blanket is 50mm by compressing two 30mm’s fiber blankets into one.
Structure of fiber modules adopt rhombus hanging type, and the anchoring part material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The arrangement mode of the fiber module adopts “solider queue style”. Using folded fiber blanket to tamponade the column between fiber modules to compensate for the possible fiber shrinkage. Temperature and pressure measure points can be opened on the furnace lining in the scene, but the detailed design of lining should pre- separate the anchor parts’ position from those measure points.

① Jilt silk fiber and blown fiber are two different production processes, and even use the same raw materials the production quality also have very big disparity.
Blown fiber: By using high-pressure compressed air, the molten liquid cooled rapidly, and blown into fiber. The fiber is small, short (diameter 2 microns, length 30-50 mm), low tensile strength and poor flexible performance. Firstly, in the production of acupuncture blanket, the fiber is broken easily which reduces the acupuncture blanket tensile strength and elasticity. Secondly, because the fiber is short , fiber mixed force is poor after acupuncture, also the tensile strength of fiber blanket is low. Thirdly, the fiber has poor flexibility, so that the rebound rate is low after being folded into module. So, blown fiber is only used as raw materials for the wet molding products processing now, and is not recommended as the direct use of lining materials.
Jilt silk fiber: The high temperature molten liquid, through jilt silk machine roller which rotating with strong centrifugal force at a high speed, stretches into fiber. The fiber diameter is in uniform (fiber diameter 3.5-4 micron). The fiber length is more than 100 mm( about 80% is 150 mm), and the longest is almost up to more than 300 mm. It has high tensile strength (0.06 Mpa, that is 2-3 times to the blown fibers), and good performance in flexibility and elasticity. Therefore, the acupuncture blanket applys jilt silk process possess good performance in elasticity and flexibility, tensile strength, and resilience, which is blown fiber can not be compared.
② Due to jilt silk fiber’s diameter is greater than blown fiber, so it possess good heat resistance. The national authoritative testing institution proves that under the same temperature condition, the heating linear’s shrinkage rate of jilt silk fiber is lower than the blown fiber by more than 0.5%.
③ Because of good elasticity, high tensile strength and toughness, the jilt silk fiber can effectively avoid fiber blanket fracture in the process of fiber module. That guarantees the integrity of module surface so as to ensure the anti-erosion ability of fiber lining.
Using jilt silk fiber modules installed lining, the entire lining tightness is good because the high resilient rate (80%). It also can effectively compensate fiber cracks at high temperature.
