1. Using ceramic fiber as lining material has the following advantages: 
(1) Light weight, low heat absorption, non thermal expansion stress, fast installation and easy maintenance.
(2)Strengthen the insulation function, control heat loss and reserve; reduce the bearing  load of the steel structure, can significantly save the furnace steel.  
(3) Due to the low heat capacity of ceramic fiber lining, radiation capacity increased by nearly 11% compared to conventional refractory materials.
   It can effectively improve heating speed, operating rate and operational flexibility and shorten operation cycle of furnace. 
(4)At present, the heating furnace generally uses microcomputer to control. The high heat sensitive quality of ceramic fiber lining is much better adapt to the automation control of industrial furnace than conventional refractory lining. At present, the heating furnace generally use microcomputer control, the heat sensitive of ceramic fiber lining is much better than the conventional refractory lining and more equal to the automation control of industrial furnace.
2.Advantage of using ceramic fiber module and blanket layer composite structure:
(1)The reasons for choosing fiber module and fiber blanket: 
The structure has a very good temperature gradient that can better reduce the outer furnace wall temperature and prolong the service life of lining. At the same time also can make the uneven parts of the steel plate leveling, so as to reduce total cost of lining. In addition, when the hot surface material damaged leading to crack accident, fiber blanket layer can protect furnace plate temporarily.
(2) Reasons for choosing a rhombus type fiber module: 
In this condition, anchor parts are fixed on the cold side not directly exposed to the hot surface as before. That not only reduces the thermal bridge formation, but also reduces the anchor parts’ grade, thereby reducing the cost of the anchor parts. At the same time, it improves the performance of lining in resistant wind erosion.
