Product Description
Galvanizing specialized monorail cranes use several parallel longitudinal rails at the same plane and do vertical movement toward kettles. 
Cranes can be operated individually or synchronously to complete the galvanizing action.
The control system adopts Siemens PLC and Japan yaskawa frequency converter running steadily. 
Human machine interface(HMI): The display part uses touch-screen which is more humane and intelligent.
The control of workpiece angle is realized by lifting speed thus improves the surface quality of the workpiece.
Monorail cranes work independently so that they have the advantages of fast lifting and high productivity.
They are installed with limit control system to ensure safety.
The cranes use multi-stage speed control, by forming a reasonable angle to reduce the zinc consumption.
