How to work on the removal of iron equipment in the plating bath
Time:2015-7-3 8:50:55
Manually test the ferric salt content and PH value in the plating aid trough; when one of the parameters exceeds the critical value (critical value: for the conventional ferrous ion, it is 1g/l; 4<PH<5 is appropriate for hot-dip galvanizing; therefore, to stabilize at 1g/l or less is a basic requirement to de-iron), manually start the related buttons of the equipment to be in automatic running status. The hydrogen peroxide pump, aqua-ammonia pump and No.1 pneumatic diaphragm pump successively start. After adding the hydrogen peroxide and aqua-ammonia to the inlet of No.1 pneumatic diaphragm pump to mix with plating aid, then put it in the mixing tank to allow the ferrous ion in the plating aid become ferric iron ion Fe(OH)3; when the water level reaches the lower limit of the mixing tank, the No.2 pneumatic diaphragm pump will automatically start to help transport the treated plating aid to the pressure filter, which will filter the ferric salt precipitates and the treat plating aid will return to the plating aid trough.
