Laying construction of resin fiber glass reinforced plastics shall meet the followings
Time:2015-3-7 9:50:39
1. Laying construction of resin fiber glass reinforced plastics shall meet the followings:
(1) Sealing bottom layer: You shall evenly brush resin oil on the well treated base course without missing any spot, sagging or other defects, and the spontaneous curing shall be no shorter than 24h.
(2) Repairing layer: The concave on the base course shall be repaired and filled with resin plaster, and the spontaneous curing shall be no shorter than 24h. The resin plaster is used to scrape the base course.
2. Continuous-method construction of resin fiber glass reinforced plastics laying layer shall meet the followings:
(1) The layer number or thickness for one plane continuous laying shall be based on the conditions that no slippage will occur and no flake or ply separation will happen after curing.
(2) The layer number or thickness for one elevation continuous laying shall be based on the conditions that no slipping fall will occur and no flake or ply separation will happen after curing.
(3) In laying, the stagger between two adjacent layers of fiber reinforced material shall be more than 50mm, and you’d better add one or two layers of fiber reinforced material on the positions such as internal corner and external corner.
(4) You shall carry out the next continuous laying construction after the curing of previous continuous laying.
(5) When the continuous laying reaches designed layer number or thickness, you shall carry out spontaneous curing for 24h and then carry out the sealing coat layer construction.
3. Quality requirements:
(1) In fiber glass reinforced plastics construction, you shall carry out quality check during the entire process and only proceed the construction when it is up to grade; if any defect, you shall carry out immediate repair. After room temperature curing, you shall conduct overall quality check; if any defect in quality, you shall repair.
(2) Appearance inspection. With visual inspection, all parts shall not allow the following defects: Bubble: the allowable maximum bubble diameter on the surface is 5mm, and when the bubbles of less than 1 diameter are less than three, they can be left unrepaired; otherwise, the bubble shall be broke and repaired. Whitening: any whitening spot with a diameter larger than 50mm is not allowed in the corrosion resistant layer. Others: The combination of liner and basal body shall be secure; no phenomena such as layering, flake, fiber exposure, resin crust, foreign matter mingled or uneven color shall be allowed.
(3) For any defect not allowed on the surface of the fiber glass reinforced plastics, you shall carefully carry out quality analysis and timely repair. One same part shall not be repaired more than twice. If a large area of bubbles or layers found, you shall entirely remove all layers to expose the base course and carry out surface treatment and laying construction again.
4. Curing degree examination
(1) Curing degree appearance inspection
Use your hand to touch the surface of fiber glass reinforced plastics for pastiness, dip cotton into acetone on the surface of fiber glass reinforced plastics to observe the color; or put the cotton ball on the surface of fiber glass reinforced plastics to see if it can be blew away; if the cotton changes color or the cotton ball can not be blew away, it means that the surface curing is not sufficient and the work shall be done again.
