The touch screen of this system has four images: system status, system settings, temperature
curve and alarm information
System Status image
The system status image indicates the operating status of the combustion system, including the temperatures of each zone and the statuses of all the controllers; the status information can be read instead of operated.
The left upper corner of this image displays the present time and date and you can click it to modify; on the right upper corner, there is a language switch button to switch the system language; click the “System Status”, “System Settings”, “Temperature Curve” and “Alarm Information” on the bottom, you can go to corresponding images.

Most settings to the heating system are carried out on this page.
The “molten zinc temperature” means the temperature value of the molten zinc galvanic couple in this zone, “channel temperature” means the temperature value in the ends of the channel of this zone, and the “reference temperature” means the temperature value in the middle of the channel of this zone; by clicking the three values, you can switch the temperature controlling standards of the heating system; when the related temperature turns green, the control system will adjust the burner output to make the temperature reach controlling temperature. In the figure above, it uses molten zinc as the controlling temperature standard and controls it within 440℃.
The “Control Mode” consists of automatic control and manual control; when the automatic control button turns green, it means that the current system is in automatic controlling temperature mode, the pulse function is on, and the burner begins to automatically switch the flame size; if the automatic control mode is off, the burner will always work at low flame instead of high flame. The manual mode usually is involved in the furnace dryoff stage, and the normal production process shall adopt automatic mode.
“Controlling temperature” means the desired temperature and the system will adjust the burner flame size via PID operation.
“Channel temperature upper limit” means the allowed maximum channel temperature; when the channel temperature reaches this set value, combustion will be cut off and the burner will automatic start after the channel temperature drops.
“Molten zinc temperature upper limit” means the allowed molten zinc temperature maximum value, which only performs as a protection temperature to prevent the burnout of zinc pot due to over temperature and does not influence the furnace temperature control; the upper limit temperature shall be 10 ℃ higher than the controlling temperature.
