Hot-dip preparation for galvanizing equipment
Before hot-dip plating, the equipment needs pre-plating inspection, which ensures the safety and quality of steel parts, reduces zinc consumption and ensures the physical and mental safety of operators. Hot-dip galvanizing operation cannot be carried out for closed structure equipment.
For components equipped with tube cavity, if there are defects in the welding process, the pre-treatment of hot-dip galvanizing may lead to moisture entering the tube cavity, resulting in internal volume expansion during hot-dip galvanizing process, steam explosion during pressure rise, leading to component damage and personal danger.
For overlapping welding position, if improper treatment exists, there will be water leakage and rust water spillover in the gap and weld hole, which will affect the quality of equipment.
